1. NORME GENERALI

7. Nota che nel caso in cui il sito di 24live7.com a cui ti sei iscritto non sia momentaneamente e/o permanentemente disponibile sul Sito, non avrai diritto a alcun rimborso.

2. Conto Utente e Informazioni sul Conto
1. Dichiari di avere almeno 18 anni di età. Accetti qui di fornire ad 24live7.com informazioni veritiere, complete ed aggiornate per quanto riguarda la tua iscrizione e la fatturazione. Qualsiasi utente che non fornisca informazioni veritiere, complete ed aggiornate rischia la terminazione del suo profilo in 24live7.com ed è soggetto a responsabilità civili e penali.
2. Ogni utente sceglie una Password ed un Nome Utente. Nota che il nome deve essere scelto con cura ed è vietato scegliere o usare il Nome Utente di un’ altra persona, o un nome che violi i diritti di proprietà di terzi o un Nome Utente che sia offensivo o inadeguato.
3. Si precisa che 24live7.com possiede tutti i Nome Utente usati sul Sito.

7. Cancellazione del tuo profilo:
Puoi cancellare il tuo conto sul Sito, in qualsiasi momento In tutti i casi di cancellazione del tuo profilo, nessun credito nel sistema 24live7.com ti sarà accreditato o potrà essere convertito in nessuna altra forma di rimborso.

Terminazione del conto:
24live7.com si riserva il diritto di terminare la tua iscrizione in qualsiasi momento. Se il tuo conto viene terminato a causa di violazione di contratto, nessuno dei crediti rimasti sul tuo conto verranno accreditati o cambiati in contanti o in altre forme di rimborso. Inoltre, nel caso il cui il Sito viene chiuso, è qui precisato che tutte le iscrizioni (di qualsiasi genere) saranno immediatamente terminate, senza preavviso da parte di 24live7.com.

3. Fatturazione e Pagamenti

2. I prezzi per la VideoChat sono prezzi stabiliti al minuto dei quali sei messo al corrente prima di entrare nella stanza VideoChat. I prezzi e le tariffe di altre funzionalità non gratuite del Sito li puoi trovare sul Sito stesso.
3. Hai la possibilità di vedere i tuoi dati sull’uso del sistema 24live7.com e la situazione dei crediti che ti rimangono sul tuo pannello di controllo. Per qualsiasi domanda sulla fatturazione, è possibile contattare il Servizio Clienti, in qualsiasi momento.
4. Nota che l’uso della carta di credito per qualsiasi operazione su 24live7.com è regolato dal contratto con l'organizzazione emittente la carta di credito, di conseguenza bisogna fare riferimento a quel contratto e non a questi Termini e Condizioni, per quel che riguarda tutti i diritti e le responsabilità, come possessore di carta di credito. Se vuoi vedere i tuoi costi nei dettagli, potrai farlo consultanto il tuo pannello di controllo.
5. Puoi scegliere di pagare con carta di credito, o tramite telefonata ad un numero a valore aggiunto. I costi della carta di credito vengono elaborati da terzi per conto di 24live7.com, che offrono sicurezza e garanzia e assicurano la privacy assoluta del utente e l’attendibilità della somma addebbitata. Gli utenti vedranno sull'estratto conto della loro carta di credito il nome "EURO ORDER " "VTL 247video Ltd INC " o "Banca Caixa " in relazione a quale societa' si occupa della transazione.
6. Nota che: Tutti i pagamenti dovranno essere effettuati in tempo. Se 24live7.com non dovesse ricevere la somma completa da te dovuta, in tempo, sarai costretto ad assumerti tutti i costi legali che risulteranno da operazioni di riscossione nei tuoi confronti. Anche se il tuo conto è terminato e/o cancellato, sarai ritenuto responsabile di tutti i pagamenti da effettuare sul tuo conto e dei relativi debiti.
7. È qui chiarificato che 24live7.com ha il diritto, a sua sola discrezione ed in ogni momento, di cambiare i metodi di fatturazione e pagamento e di aggiungerne o rimuoverne altri. 24live7.com si riserva il diritto, a sua sola discrezione ed in ogni momento, di cambiare le tariffe ed i costi del Sito. Se non vuoi rimanere iscritto a causa dei cambiamenti effettuati nei Termini e Condizioni, puoi terminare la tua iscrizione come previsto nella Sezione Cancellazione menzionata sopra. Nota che l’uso continuato del Sito, dopo gli avvenuti cambiamenti dei Termini e Condizioni costituisce accettazione di tali cambiamenti.
8. Tu ( e tu soltanto) sei responsabile per tutti i costi associati col collegamento con 24live7.com.
9. Nota che nel caso in cui i costi addebbitati sulla tua carta di credito da parte di 24live7.com non vengano accettati, in una o più occasioni, il tuo conto sarà immediatamente terminato e tutti i tuoi crediti rimanenti nel sistema 24live7.com verranno confiscati. Se hai delle domande e/o dubbi concernenti una o più transazioni in relazione all’uso del sistema 24live7.com, contatta 24live7.com tramite il supporto tecnico che trovai sul sito.
10. Rimborsi
La politica base di 24live7.com è quella di non fare rimborsi agli Utenti, a meno di circostanze specifiche e straordinarie. 24live7.com segue la politica di non rimborsare. In alcuni casi 24live7.com può emettere rimborsi agli Utenti, sotto forma di Credito per tempo gratuito sul sistema di 24live7.com. Nell'evento che il rimborso venga effettuato, TUTTI i rimborsi verranno accreditati sulla carta di credito usata per il pagamento originale del servizio. NESSUN rimborso verrà emesso in contanti o per assegno. Nota che in caso di cancellazione del conto, i crediti sul sistema di 24live7.com non saranno accreditati o cambiati in contanti o in altre forme di rimborso.

1. Tu qui riconosci che tutte le informazioni ed i contenuti del Sito, incluso ma non solo: software, foto, video, comunicazioni ed altro tale materiale e/o servizi sono forniti, sotto licenza, da operatori independenti e/o altri Soci e/o da 24live7.com ed i suoi affiliati.
2. 24live7.com stessa possiede il diritto d'autore sulla sistemazione e coordinamento di tali contenuti e informazioni. Si dichiara che 24live7.com non filtra e non si assume la responsabilità del contenuto e delle informazioni pubblicate e/o esposte sul Sito, incluso nelle stanze VideoChat. Tutti i materiali nel sito sono esclusivi, costituiscono proprietà intellettuale di valore, sono tutelati dal diritto d'autore e sono protetti secondo i trattati di provvisione e le leggi universali sul diritto di autore. I materiali del sito non possono essere riprodotti, copiati, alterati, pubblicati, trasmessi o trasferiti in nessun modo senza un permesso scritto. 24live7.com concede l’ accesso al Contenuto che è tutelato da diritto d'autore, marchi di fabbrica, ed altri diritti di proprietà intellettuali. * Molestare, imbarazzare o causare afflizione, dare attenzione non voluta o causare disagio ad altri Soci e/o Ospiti e/o utilizzatori di 24live7.com o ad un’altra persona o entità;
* Disturbare altri Soci e/o Ospiti mentre visitatano il Sito;
* Impersonare qualsiasi person o entità, incluso ma non limitatamente a, un minore o un rappresentante ufficiale di 24live7.com;
* Inviare o trasmettere, o causare l’invio o la trasmissione di: pubblicità non sollecitata, materiale promozionale, o altre forme di sollecitazione da parte di altri Utenti, Ospiti e/o altre entità; comunicazioni o sollecitazioni orientate al tentativo di ottenere, la password, il conto, o informazioni finanziarie private su altri Soci e/o Ospiti;
7. Allo scopo di proteggere i propri Soci da comunicazioni offensive via e-mail 24live7.com si riserva il diritto (fra gli altri) di bloccare sollecitazioni via email di massa.

8. ATTIVITÀ PER ADULTI

Il software per le comunicazioni Video che viene fornito da 24live7.com è un software sviluppato da 247video Ltd In nessuna circostanza, 24live7.com potrà essere ritenuto responsabile di guasti tecnici o altri tipi di malfunzionamento e/o danni che possano originare dall’ uso diretto e/o indiretto del Software. Il tuo diritto di usare il Software della chat è conforme al tuo contratto con 24live7.com ed è soggetto all tua adesione con le seguenti clausole : (1) Proprietà del Software. Ogni titolo e copyright dei diritti di proprietà intellettuali, diritti morali, e diritti di licenza appartengono ad 247video Ltd ed i suoi fornitori di licenza. Nessuna delle clausole contenute in questi Termini e Condizioni comporta una concessione, trasferimento, o assegnazione dei diritti elencati in precedenza. (2)L’uso del Software. Tu puoi usare il Software della chat soltanto per accedere alle comunicazioni Video attivate da 24live7.com. (3) Conto Utente. Per accedere ai servizi forniti da 24live7.com bisogna creare un Conto Utente. È possibile creare più di un Conto Utente, ma è assolutamente vietato condividere i tuoi Conti Utente con altre persone, inoltre tu non puoi usare il Conto Utente di un’altra persona. (4) Decompilare e Disassemblare. Ti impegni a non decompilare, disassemblare, o altrimenti tentare di recuperare il codice originale del Software per le comunicazioni video di 24live7.com.

5. ESCLUSIONI DI RESPONSABILITÀ
TUTTE LE GARANZIE A COPERTURA DI QUALSIASI PRODOTTO/CONTATTO DISPONIBILE PER L'ACQUISTO IN QUESTO SITO SONO FORNITE UNICAMENTE DAL COSTRUTTORE(I)/PROPRIETARIO DI DETTI PRODOTTI/CONTATTI E 24live7.com NON OFFRE ALCUNA GARANZIA RISPETTO AD OGNUNO DI TALI PRODOTTI/CONTATTI.
